Silver Sand Resort

Silver Sand Resort is located on a pristine white sandy beach front along with 17 acres of landscape. This resort is perfect for all water activities such as windsurfing, kite surfing etc. The main hotel comprises of 106 rooms with 42 en-suite with 8 ft balconies and standard rooms of 12′ x 12′, 26 one-bedroom suites with room sizes of 14 ft and the remainder 38 studios are 12′ x12′. The southern side of the resort is solar panel with six 1 bedroom on each floor with full bath, living room and kitchenette. The western side consist of 12 studios and 12 one bedroom, with full bath, living room and kitchenette with interconnection doors. There are 3 restaurant/bar within the resort; The Sea Horse which seats 120 persons along with staff quarters and storage, The Bar Restaurant which seats 60-80 persons with a full kitchen and The Green Beach Bar. There is a large swimming pool of 9ft depth and 3 ft shallow with terraces, a small pool of 3ft and two jacuzzies located on the premises. There is a manager’s house situated on the western side of the resort with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and patios.

On site there are Laundry facilities (room for expansion), Maintenance facilities, Housekeeping facilities, Gift shops, 2 Offices, Gym with equipment, Hair salon, Ladies and Gents bathrooms, Cafeteria, Supermarket, Tennis Court and potential development and expansion areas.
